New Community Builder Auto Assign ACL Group Released

The Community Builder Auto Assign ACL Group plugin, for the Community Builder Joomla extension package, has been updated again and the new release is now available for download on Joomla Downloads.

The Community Builder Auto Assign ACL Group plugin is a Community Builder plugin that allows you to control Joomla users' ACL groups using Community Builder field values. The plugin has now been updated to make it compatible with the latest versions of Joomla, Community Builder and the Community Builder SUBS suite. Lead Developer Marlon Fungai Murahwa said a lot of hard work had gone into the version with additional features and extensive testing carried out on the plugin.

The plugin now compatible with Joomla 3.0 and Community Builder 1.9 will be available for download via the new Joomla Downloads website as part of Alamo Systems' agreement to release their new fleet of 16 Joomla extensions exclusively on Joomla Downloads. Murahwa has promised a sister plugin for Jomsocial as well as some extension for Yootheme's Zoo Content Creation Kit.

We looked at the most powerfull and popular Joomla extensions and thought how can we improve them in a way that would be benefitial to all Joomla developers and users, and with the rate that Joomla is growing and improving what functions could we apply that would not be included in the core in the near future...
